A. Withdrawal Instructions (Services)

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following, where a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to either their commercial or their independent professional activity:

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Michail Frantzeskakis, Veraterms by FlyDropGlobal, Am Hackenbruch 68e, 40231 Düsseldorf, Germany, Phone: 015236362561, Email: ceo@flydropglobal.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory.

You may also exercise your right of withdrawal online on the website at https://veraterms.com/widerruf. If you use this online option, we will send you, without delay, on a durable medium (e.g. by email) an acknowledgement of receipt containing information on the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

If you have requested that the provision of services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided by the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract.

Exclusion or early expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires early where we have fully performed the service and we only began performing the service after you had given your express consent to this and had at the same time confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.
