Referral Partner Programme
Recommend Veraterms to people and businesses who need it, and earn a commission each time an account you brought in pays for Vera Personal or VeraAlert Business. Taking part is free, and you decide whether, when and how you mention Veraterms.
What you earn
30% of the net amount actually paid, on the accounts you bring in: for every Vera Personal subscription, and again each year the subscriber renews; and for every paid VeraAlert Business invoice, in later years too. This applies for as long as our partnership lasts. Anything else, such as the free Vera Alert, earns no commission. If a payment is later reversed, the commission is set off against the next statement or repaid within 14 days.
Who can join
Individuals and companies alike. No business registration or tax number needed. Before the first payout we ask for your full name, address and date of birth. Payment goes by bank transfer, to an account in your own name.
How it works
You apply by email. The partnership starts only with our written confirmation, after you have first agreed to the terms in writing (an email is enough); with the confirmation you receive your personal code. Whoever signs up enters it in the signup form, once, and it stays on their account permanently; for VeraAlert Business, the account from which the order is placed is the one that counts. We use no tracking cookies.
Limits and responsibility
Whether, when, where and how you mention Veraterms is your decision alone; you have no obligation to do so, and we give no instructions. Whether and how a mention must be labelled as advertising is set by law; complying with it is solely your responsibility. Assurances beyond what veraterms.com publicly states are not permitted, nor are statements about results, legal consequences or suitability in an individual case. Unsolicited advertising emails, our name in domains, account or profile names or in paid search ads, and anything that gives the impression that you act for us are not permitted either. You alone are responsible for the content, design and lawfulness of your publications.
Term
The programme runs for as long as it is offered. Its terms may be changed with six weeks' written notice; changes to your disadvantage in the amount of the commission or in the products that earn it apply only with your written consent. The programme may be ended with three months' written notice. Commissions already earned are not lost.
